Line Gas is a mobile app that lets you order gas cylinder refills easily and have them delivered straight to your doorstep. It is a convenient, 24-hour gas ordering service designed to make your life easier.
For now, we are only in the Greater Accra Region.
We accept cash when your order is delivered.
Your order will arrive in one hour or less.
If you get a damaged cylinder, call our customer support team right away. We will replace it for you.
We do our best to deliver on time, but sometimes things can delay us. If that happens, we will let you know.
To get started, download the Line Gas app for free from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
1. Sign up for an account with your first name and second name.
2. Enter your number. We send you a registration code to confirm that you own the phone number you want to use on Line Gas.
3. If the number is inside that phone, We will automatically copy and paste the code to verify the number and voila! You are in.
4. If the number is in a different phone, manually type in the code sent to the number to verify the number.
1. Click on the “Start New Order” button on your home screen
2. Select the size of Gas cylinder you need. While you are at it, you can increase the number of cylinders you need, from 1 to 5.
3. Add your delivery address. You can select from your previous locations or add a new location with the map.
4. Place your order. Here you can select if you are ordering for yourself or another.
5. Click on Place order and you can track your order.
6. Order gets delivered and payment is done.
Yes. We allow you to order Gas with your account for any one in your contacts.
If you are ordering for someone, make sure that you select their location in number 3 above. (How do I order for Gas)
Continue with number 4 above. And oh, do not forget to confirm that Line Gas operates at that Address.
You can track your order in the app. You will also get SMS updates about your order.
Yes, you can cancel your order if we have not started processing it yet.
